How great leaders inspire action

Great talk by Simon Sinek at TED about how leaders inspire action.

The first part reminded me Dan Pink's talk about the surprising science of motivation (also commented in this blog [in Spanish]), also at TED.

The second part reminded me a conversation I had in a taxi in San Francisco. The taxi driver argued that the secret for Google's success was that most of their employees were convinced they could change the world. I only could agree with him. ;-)

Take care
